Last class for APA

Mdm Vina invited a person with diasbilities, En. Rusdi Osman who were from Kelantan Weelchair Society.. He was a tennis weelchair player..He shared his experience and knowledge with us..we had an opened question session with him and we were free to ask any questions regarding the disabilities sport...he told us that we need firstly to developed facilities for the disabilities especially when we were about to developed a sport for the special grups..he also told us the problems that this grups facing to get their own rights.

Thanks to En. Rusdi for willing to share his experience...we really appreciate it....

Last visit to YOKUK

kali ni we combined all grups (everyone get involved)...

at 8.oo am we went there by a coaster.. upon the arrival, we gathered the YOKUK members and berkenalan sekali lg since ad a few org baru...then we had a warm up and aerobic dance leading by sue, fred n kyo..then, we set up we set up a placed for playing sukaneka..we enjoyed playing sukaneka...after that, we played volleyball and soccer with the YOKUK members...

Mdm Vina arrived and brought along foodss....hehe...kami pun makan la, ape lg...we having so much fun that day...when the coaster arrived at 12 we went back to USM...
